Fraud Monitoring
Our fraud detection department constantly monitors fraudulent activity on our members’ debit cards. When a debit card is alerted of a potentially fraudulent transaction, the Fraud Detection Team will notify you by phone or text. Please respond to the alert and avoid having your card blocked unnecessarily. Remember, in these alerts, we will never ask for personal information such as social security number, PIN, or CVV code.
The Resource One debit card can be used worldwide—anywhere Mastercard® is accepted. However, you should call Resource One or set your card for travel mode before you travel so your account will be noted.
Instant Issue Cards
Do you need a Resource One Debit Card without delay? You can obtain a new card, a replacement card, or an additional card at any of our convenient branch locations.
If you do not have time to visit one of our branches, call our call center at 800-375-3674, and we will order one to be mailed to your address.
Extended Warranty
Doubles the time period and duplicates the coverage of the original manufacturer’s or U.S. store brand’s warranty for a maximum of one year.**

Card Activation & PIN Change
To activate your new debit or credit card, you can call 800-631-3197. You can also call PSCU Member Support at 1-866-820-2895. (Out of the US, call 531-262-5350)
Automated: You must call from your phone number on file and the last 4 of the primary’s SSN.
Live Agent: You need your DOB (MMDDYY) and phone number.
To change the PIN, you can call 888-886-0083. You will need the last 4 of your SSN and Zip Code.
Travel Notice
If you plan on using your card while traveling, let us know before you go! Call us at 800-375-3674 or send us a secure message via online or mobile banking. We can apply the note during your trip.

To dispute a transaction on your debit or credit card, please call 1-866-820-2895.
Note: All disputes must be received within 60 days of the statement on which the disputed item appears. If your disputed transaction has passed that time frame, you will need to resolve the matter directly with the merchant.
