Promotion Period:
The contest runs from October 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. There will be one winner each month: one in October, one in November, and one in December. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM CST on the last day of each month.
Eligibility:
• The contest is open to all individuals who open a new Prime Spending Account during the promotion period.
• You must be a legal resident of the United States, at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, officers, and directors of Resource One Credit Union, their immediate family members, and household members are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter:
• All individuals who open a new Prime Spending Account between October 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024, will be automatically entered into the monthly drawing. There will be one drawing each month, with one winner selected per month.
• No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.
Winner Selection:
• One winner will be chosen in a random drawing each month: the drawing for October entries will take place in November 2024, the drawing for November entries will be held in December 2024, and the drawing for December entries will be conducted in January 2025.
• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• The winner will be notified by phone or email within 7 days of the drawing.
Prize:
• The winner will receive $50 credited to their account.
• The prize will be deposited into the winner’s PAR savings account with Resource One Credit Union.
• The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein.
Publicity:
By entering the contest, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Taxes:
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
