Set up Direct Deposit
To sign up for direct deposit of your payroll or government check, you’ll need Resource One’s routing number (311080162), your SDC account number, and your account number. Fill out our convenient Direct Deposit Form and give it to your employer.

Use Resource One Mobile or Online Banking to schedule a transfer from an external account to your Resource One account. Or set up a transfer into your new Resource One account (Resource One’s routing number is 311080162) using your other bank’s online or mobile banking.

You can pay your R1 loan with another bank account or card by logging in to online or mobile banking and selecting “Pay My Loan.”

To add a joint owner to your account, you will need to visit one of our branches or call us at 800-375-3674.

If your human resources department offers a direct deposit, ask them for their direct deposit form. You’ll typically need to provide them with Resource One’s routing number (311080162), your spending/savings account number, and your account type. You can also set up direct deposit using this direct deposit form.

It typically takes ten business days to receive a debit card or credit card in the mail.

With a Prime or Direct spending account, you will receive unlimited ATM rebates up to $5 per transaction. Rebates must be turned in within 30 days and must include a receipt. Fill out the ATM rebate form and bring it into a branch or mail it to us at Resource One Credit Union, ATM Rebates, P.O. Box 660077, Dallas, TX 75215.

Your current mobile deposit limit will appear below the amount field once you select an account. Your deposit limits can vary based on your eligible accounts.

Starting September 23, 2024, to protect our members from fraud and social engineering scams, any transactions conducted on behalf of a Resource One member will require the conductor to present both the account number and a valid form of government identification.
